Alltime classic Wigan Casino anthem which still kicks the shit out of the dancers now some 50+ years after it has been made. Here for us it got popular as an old ‘Kent sampler classic’ on the ‘Mod scene’ here when we started to get into Soul music, the tune also influenced Paul Weller’s legendary revival Mod group ‘The Jam’ and it has a ‘scocial message’ aswell which hardly got noticed. Available here in it’s true, hard to find original format.
