Chester Randle’s Soul Senders – Soul Brother’s Testify (Part 1&2) – BGP UK 7″

One of the mainstays of the late 90s/early 2000s Deep Funk movement ‘Soul Brother’s Testify’ is a fiery mix of funk beats and almost psychedelic, verging on heavy rock guitar. Randle was a jobbing Louisiana guitarist and bandleader, whose group recorded for Eddie Shuler of Goldband’s ANLA label. This reissue is a faithful repro reissue of the original and sought after 1967 45.
