Driza-Bone feat. Sophie Jones – Real Love (Soulvation Re-edit) – Inferno UK 7″

First release on 7″ vinyl of the legendary original version of Drizabone’s Modern Soul classic “Real Love” featuring Sophie Jones on vocal.
A now hard to find white label 12″ of “Real Love” was pressed up in 1991 by Drizabone featuring vocals by Sophie Jones. The subsequent hype lead to 4th & Broadway signing the group. Sophie had already left the group and so a new recording of “Real Love” featuring Dee Heron on vocals was made and became a hit. Three years later new vocals by Kimberley Peer were used on a re-release that also charted.
Over the years the original Sophie Jones recording, which was championed by KISS FM on the original 12″, has become massively in demand on both the Modern Soul & Northern Soul scenes.
