Annamária & Její Kapela – Řeka (Liquid Spirit) b/w Když Láska Bolí (Hey Laura) – Memory CZ 7″

The latest 7″ from Pragues “Memory Records” has just arrived!  The label is specialised in creating modern-day recreations of classic Soul sounds from the 60s and 70s, and after reworking two killer contemporary soul records they decided to do something a little more jazzy. The two featured cover tracks come from Gregory Porter, Annamárias version of the famous “Liquid Spirit” is spiced up with a bit of funky flute and will sweep the dance floors like a stormy river. And after the storm, it’s time to relax and let yourself go with a version of “Hey Laura”. The tracks got that specific Memory Records sound while keeping the vibe of the original recordings – two groovy and soulful Czech covers straight from the heart, comes with full colour picture sleeve and is limited to 500 copies only!
