A ‘lil groovy background info:

Oh-Wow!

How good & so very ‘upfront’ it felt when we played this tune at our SOUND of SOUL events in Vienna shortly after witnessing it’s power at a Northern English ballroom during a Soul weekender somewhen late 90s/early Y2K.

The pure energy of some 2000 dancers ‘feeling’ the vibe of this massive KILLER tune together on the dancefloor being played by some dedicated Northern Soul deejay having the time of his life before having to go back to his ‘bread-job’, possibly as turkey-butcher the following monday morning then, letting the dance crowd switch off from them everyday troubles in togetherness for some 3mins really felt like a massive ‘spiritual’ thing.

And what a thing of beauty it is, when this record then becomes SPECIAL to yourself, a ‘newie’ which after some time then slips into ‘classic’ status, even becoming some kinda ‘anthem’, then a ‘lil later sounding like an ‘old school classic’ as if it’d have been around since the  ‘golden era’ of the Soul scene during the 1970s.

Then not ‘upfront’ anymore, but neverthelesss not a common tune, another one which wasn’t successful in the US at the time of release back then in the 1960s. Only pressed in small qty, this together with it’s established status on UK’S and Europe’s dancefloors with about everyone who’s never had the chance of putting hands on it desperately wanting a copy, logically can only lead to a bit more exquisite amount of ‘funds’ having to be offered.

All explained, here’s your chance to ‘jump’ on it.
