We’d like to thank everyone for dancing and partying with us last saturday at SOUND of SOUL!
One ‘epic moment’ was when our very special guest from UK, the ‘Man from SOUL’ Dean Anderson played our new JUST OUT ‘Austro Soul’ single by Stefanie & The ORF Big Band to a packed dancefloor. It sounded so great together with the exlusive ‘Crown Jewels of Northern Soul’ from his deejay box making it a ‘proper’ Northern Soul floorpacker, thanks for that Dean!
And how good to see that the tune was so very well ‘celebrated’ by the dancers!
The SoS resident deejays joined by ‘Our Man from Praha’ Mr.Cat kept the dancefloor fire burning thoughout the nite, that’s what the ‘SoS-spirit’ is about, the deejays playing for and with the crowd mixing newies with quality classics, making way for new tunes that way.
We’d also like to thank the radio stations who played and promoted our tune in advance, first up BBC6 & others in UK, biggest local airplay by Radio Superfly and ORF’s stations Ö1 and FM4 airing it in great way aswell.
Also BIG UP to everybody involved, the deejays, helpers, security stuff and everybody else helping us with organization and promo, plus most importantly Christoph Huber and the staff at Porgy&Bess, without whom this would not be possible!
