Curtis Mayfield ‎- We Come In Peace b/w Breakin’ In The Streets – CRC DJ 12″

Late single by the beloved legendary artist & producer who contributed so much to Soul music, this is a somehow overlooked 80s Stepper being some kind of Curtis’ own reprise of his monumental ‘Move On Up’ alltime timeless masterpiece. This is the one that also got sampled & reworked for Bran Van 3000’s early 2000’s massively dancefloor filling club-smash ‘Astounded’, the tune everybody asked the deejay for when we dropped it at the big club club dancefloors like legendary U4’s ‘Boogie Night’ every saturday back then. Be clever and treat yourself to a double-pack of of both tunes which we both have available here for you!
