This Crossover Northern Soul number from New Jersey was only discovered relative recently and is so rare little is known of its origins.
We know this much… Art Tarus also performed under the name Artus Satterfield and later, Bobby Black, and since its discovery, ‘I Know The Time Is Right’ has been in high demand meaning only a few proud, pioneering collectors are lucky enough to boast ownership of this sublime number.
